Schedule Da-- what?

Guess what?

I don't get my schedule until the first day of school.
=____=

Why do they do this? I don't know. I figure they don't have enough money to mail out every last schedule, personalized to each student-- oh, wait, no, that can't be true. I got my school packet yesterday, and it even had my name on it.

Maybe they're just lazy. They do happen to sort between middle and high school, but I doubt anyone looks at the envelope's home-to-be past that. Oh, sigh.

I'm only certain of a few things on my schedule that I know will stay that way.

1) Orchestra class!
This is the one I'm most excited about. I auditioned last year, and I got into String Ensemble! Woot! That's the middle group, and I get to have Ms. Holmes as my teacher, like back in middle school. Aah, thank goodness.

2) Japanese 2.
I'm just hoping for Abrams-sensei. Seriously. I don't know about that other Japanese 2 teacher at my school, but... oh, man. I don't even know her name. >_>

Trust me, though, I'll make it apparent when I know who I have for what classes.

Engaged Idealist.

Yesterday, my friend, Hal, threw this at me. It's strangely accurate, and insanely fast. Just take a little bit of time to think your answers over, and you might actually come up with something accurate.
"But that sort of thing is so stupid. It's never accurate!"
Yeah, shut up. Just try it.
I'm the kind of person who reads horoscopes just to laugh at them, but I can honestly say that I didn't laugh at this one. Well, no, that's not right. I laughed for a moment before I realized that it was right.
So, you know what? Have a little fun, and take the quiz.

Ranting?

I've been told to make a rant. If you don't feel like reading about my ranti-ness, then use your common sense. DON'T READ. You're not missing out on anything special.

I really don't have much to rant about, at the moment, anyways. But, y'know, maybe I can come up with something. Maybe...
I just learned, a few days ago, how OH MY JELLO HIGH PHOTOSHOP IS PRICED!
Has anybody else noticed this? It's baffling! Even as a student, when I get the discount, I had no idea that software could be worth so much... I mean, goodness gracious me-oh-me. (Post comments!)
And then, I also have to practice my cello. o__o
I just got back from across the country on Monday, via plane. For those of you who don't know, you can't really take an instrument on a plane, and I wouldn't want to, anyways. But, after about a week of no practicing, I have a lesson. The next (less than) twenty-four hours are going to be hell on my hands, fingers, and arms. Woohoo! (-cough- Comment! -cough-)
I play the cello (my baby, which I would never even dream of taking on a five hour plane ride), and I've been playing for the past four-ish years, and I'm coming up on five. It's a lot of fun, but you'd think I might be smart enough to stop blogging about my life (what, only two posts, so far! I'm not addicted already!) and actually pull it out of it's case, but hey, nobody's perfect.

I'll attempt to make a poll, later, to ask if you guys actually liked listening to this sort of thing. And maybe you could leave something in the comments. Teheh.

Teh Intro.

Some of you may wonder why I used "teh."
Will it give a bad impression? Maybe.
Do I care? No, it's just something to offset how nervous I am about writing something that anyone can access. Right?
This place will probably be where I post the randomness of my life... enjoy?
I find myself hoping that this thing won't sputter and die like my Livejournal once did... like most things I bring to life do. I mean, like, things that take commitment. Eheh. Heh.
I'll try to mix it up, most of the time, and give random-the-posts whenever. Don't expect much. >_>
Under promise, over deliver. Let's give it a shot, shall we?
